Fren One Discord Docs
Welcome to the Fren One Discord Agent Documentation!
Fren One for Discord is configured from the Fren One webapp. Each project can contain one or more Discord servers, and every server has its own agent configuration — onboarding, moderation, protection, tickets, AI, messages, roles, invites, gamification, and settings.
Where to configure it
- Open the Fren One webapp.
- Select your project — the Projects docs explain how projects, teams, and communities fit together.
- Select the Discord server you want to configure.
- Use the Agent Configuration sidebar to open a feature area. Sections with multiple tabs (Moderation, Onboarding, Gamification, …) show their tabs both in the sidebar and at the top of the page.
- Toggle the feature on, configure the revealed options, then select Save.
Most feature pages reveal their full configuration only after the main feature toggle is enabled. Turn the toggle on first when setting up something new.

Save behavior
Most pages batch your edits: nothing is applied until you select Save in the bar that appears at the bottom once something changed. Leaving a page with unsaved changes shows a warning first. A few surfaces save immediately instead — item editors like embeds, quizzes, translation rules, and knowledge base entries apply as soon as you save each item, and destructive actions always ask for confirmation. Each feature page documents which model it uses.
Discord features depend on the agent's server permissions and role position. The agent is installed with Administrator by default; if you've trimmed its permissions or moved its role down the list, individual features can stop working. See Adding Fren One for the permission and hierarchy rules.
