The section has three tabs: AI Assistant answers member questions and moderates conversations, Smart Triggers lets you write plain-English rules the AI evaluates against every message, and Spam & Impersonation screens new members for spam and catches accounts imitating your admins. These features require the AI service, and the assistant grounds its answers in your 📚 Knowledge Base — the more sources you add, the better it answers.
