Welcome to the Fren One X Documentation!
Fren One for X connects an X account to your project and watches it for you — follower growth, mentions and replies, sentiment, and the wider conversations that matter to your brand.
How X works in Fren One
X works differently from Discord and Telegram: the community is the X account itself. You authorize Fren One to read the account, and from then on it tracks followers, mentions, and conversations. No bot joins anything, there is nothing to install on X, and nothing is ever posted without a human action — scheduled posts, AI drafts, and suggested replies all wait for a person to approve, schedule, or send them.
Access follows your project roles — there is no per-account verification step. Owners and Project Admins manage everything; Listening and Brand Voice are Owner/Project Admin only; billing-only members are locked out of X pages. See the Projects docs for how projects, teams, and roles fit together.
Where to configure it
- Open the Fren One webapp and select your project.
- Select the X account. Statistics live right on its Overview page.
- Use the Agent Configuration sidebar for the feature areas: Messages (Tweet Scheduler and Brand Voice) and Listening.
- Adjust the settings, then select Save on pages that batch changes.
